31.13mins for Ollie at Speedway 10k

After another solid winter of training Ollie took another sizeable chunk off his 10k pb at the Speedway 10k in Chepstow. Starting assertively he put himself in with the right company to have a great race. 13 months on from starting to work with Ollie, he has developed the endurance, confidence and experience to hold his pace and work efficiently in a group and then race those around him. A near enough perfect race brought him him home in 31.13mins over 30secs faster than his pb from November at Newport and 80secs faster than his 32.36 from 2019. Awesome work Ollie, keep it going :)
