Sam 5th and pb for Pete at Bristol 10k

Pete Douglass continued his excellent progress by running at the Bristol 10k this weekend. Lot’s more to come from him but 37.56mins was another pb to add to his recent excellent performances in running and duathlon. Sam Hopton had another solid performance to add to a very consistent season so far finishing in 5th place in 32.24mins. Sam ran 8km on his own in the confusing mixed race where half marathon runners and 10k runners were on the same course for the first 2km. Sam wasn’t quite sure what had happened when the group he was with turned off in a different direction at 2k leaving with a long way to run on his own! Well done fellas.
